Here are a few images from Shericka and Kevin’s engagement session at Riverfront Park in Columbia, SC.
It was a very cold February afternoon, and Shericka braved it in a very cute, short dress. Way to go, girl!

Here’s wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
2009 has been a wonderfully busy year for me with weddings, and 2010 looks to be even busier as my calendar
is filling up fast. I thought you all might enjoy seeing a bit from some of my weddings from the past year. Sorry to
all the brides and grooms I didn’t have time to include— you’ll be in next year’s recap, I promise!

Congratulations to DeAnna and Cory following their December 5th wedding at St. John Baptist Church in Columbia.
This is my favorite time of the year for weddings, with churches decorated for Christmas— love it!
DeAnna and Cory had a wonderful reception at Tronco’s Medallion Center, with everything all decked out for the Christmas season.
Here are a few sneak previews from the day and evening…

It doesn’t really feel like it to me yet, but Christmas time is coming! I did get on the ball with ordering cards to send out to my clients and business associates.
Here’s what the card looks like…

Hopefully, getting a card with my face on it won’t scare anyone!

I don’t get many calls for Thanksgiving weddings, but when I did a few weeks ago, I said “yes”!
The only bad part was having to leave at 5am to get to Seabrook Island to start photos at 8:30am before Michelle and Matthew’s 10am beach ceremony.
Sweet couple, these two… Michelle is a missionary and Matthew is an Orthopedic Surgeon for the US Air Force stationed at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
The weather was perfect, although I could have wished harder for a few clouds to soften the intense sun. And best of all, I got to partake in the fabulous chef-prepared Thanksgiving buffet at the club, which was just a few hundred yards up the beach. Wrapped up photos for Michelle and Matthew, and I headed to Mt. Pleasant for Thanksgiving with my mom and brothers— yes, I ate twice that day!!
Even squeezed in an impromptu outdoor session for my older brother’s girlfriend’s teenage daughter, Brooke. Enough about me… here are a few sneak previews from M&M’s wedding…

It was a perfect November day for Meghan and Chris’ wedding at the Hilton Oceanfront Resort… couldn’t have ordered a better day!
Meghan and Chris booked me long distance so it was great to finally meet them face to face. Such a sweet, cute couple!
Here are some sneak previews, Meghan and Chris. I promise I’ll have your proofs ready before too long!

I had a great time last week photographing a “trash the dress” session in St. Matthews with Halloween bride, Erin. I wish all my bridal sessions were this much fun! Here are a few sneak previews for Erin and everyone else to enjoy…
